Like a Hollywood movie set, this full scale front elevation of a “McMansion” exists as a façade — incomplete in its dimensions, and abandoned in mid-construction. It stands as a monument to the escalating scale of the American home, and the ubiquitous, but unsustainable, building boom that has transformed the suburban landscape.
