With his signature formal economy and spirited humor, the artist has made a remarkably poetic visual statement using commonplace materials: pvc pipe spray painted pink, attached to an existing utility with silver duct tape. Creating a dynamic relationship with other elements of the industrial landscape that surround the Park, this piece is a subtle yet surprising intervention.
