Join us at the new Queens Public Library location at Hunters Point (47-40 Center Blvd) to celebrate the publication of artist Rafael Domenech’s limited-edition catalogue documenting his community-engaged sculpture ‘Las Palabras Son Muros [Pavilion for Astoria],’ which was on view at Socrates from July – November, 2019.
Socrates’ Curator & Director of Exhibitions Jess Wilcox will speak with Domenech about his work before opening up the discussion to the audience for a Q&A session.
