The Socrates Archive makes the Park’s history publicly accessible for the first time. Through digitized materials and an ongoing oral history project with neighbors and alumni artists, the Archive brings together the stories, ideas, and experiments that have shaped this place.
Driven not only by a desire to preserve the past, this work expands and deepens its telling—foregrounding multiple voices and perspectives rooted in the specificity of this place and reflecting the Park’s complex, evolving identity.
